  Northern Cass Track Fund
  The fund was established to receive gifts to assist with the construction of a new running track at the Northern Cass School.
  Elmer & Lucille Hoffert Funds
  A trust established by Elmer & Lucille Hofftert created the
two funds detailed below. Elmer spent his early years in Homestead Township. He served in the US Army from 1942-45. He married Lucille Kelly in June 1944 in Riverside, CA. They returned to the homestead near Barney where they farmed until 1982. They believed in hard work, family, friends and community.
  Elmer & Lucille Hoffert Fund
  Established in loving memory of Elmer & Lucille Hoffert to assist with charitable projects in their hometown of Wahpeton, North Dakota. The Fund is part of the Breckenridge/Wahpeton Community Endowment Fund, an affiliate fund of the North Dakota Community Foundation.
  Elmer & Lucille Hoffert Medical Research Fund
  Established to provide assistance in the area of cancer research and heart disease research.
  Jamestown Community Foundation Endowment Fund
  Established to support charitable projects in the Jamestown, North Dakota area. The Board of the Jamestown Community Foundation voted to work in concert with the North Dakota Community Foundation to assist them in achieving their goals for their Foundation and the citizens of Jamestown.
  Maddock Community Endowment Fund
  Established to support charitable projects in the Maddock, North Dakota area. The Fund will make grants to assist projects in the Maddock area. The initial gift to establish the Fund came from proceeds from the Maddock Centennial Celebration.
  James and Winifred Marvin Fund
  Established to provide scholarship assistance to students at the United Tribes Technical College in Bismarck. The Fund will provide scholarship grants at this college owned by a coalition of several native American tribes.
  Larimore Public Schools Scholarship Fund
  Established by a gift from Lloyd Rustan to assist students from Larimore Public Schools to continue their education. Lloyd Rustan came from the Edinburg area to Grand Forks County in 1942. He began farming near Kempton and later owned and farmed land south and west of Larimore. He loved his land and community. He willed this gift to help Larimore students with their higher education.
  Grace Taylor Stone Scholarship Fund
  Established with a gift from Grace Taylor Stone, the Fund will assist Larimore High School graduates to continue their education.
Grace Taylor Stone was born and raised in Larimore. She married Charles Benway in 1921. They moved to Santa Rosa, CA in 1929. Grace was active in music directing and singing in choirs. She was on the Board of the Santa Rosa Grand Opera Association. Opera was her greatest love. She visited all but five of the states of the United States and was a world traveler.
“I did not leave my heart in San Francisco, I left it in Larimore”, Mrs. Stone stated. She gave this gift from the heart to help young people in her home town.
