  Fern Christenson Endowment Fund
  Established by Fern Christenson with a gift of oil properties and leases in western North Dakota, the fund will assist the Dray ton Methodist Church during Mr. Christenson's lifetime, after which the income will be granted to address changing needs across North Dakota through the NDCF's unrestricted grants program. Born on a farmstead near Bowesmont, North Dakota, Fern Christenson lived and farmed there until fragile health recently caused him to move to a care center. Mr. Christenson served as a member of the boards of directors of the Bowesmont Methodist Church, the Bowesmont Cemetery, Joliette Elevator Company and Lincoln Township.
  Turtle Mountain
Environmental Learning Center Endowment Fund
  With this fund, a permanent resource will carry on the work of North Dakota's only environmental education program, located at Lake Metigoshe State Park near Bottineau. The center's mission is to develop and heighten awareness, understanding,
and appreciation of the natural world and concerns of the environment through workshops dealing with the forests, lakes, birds, wildlife and people's association with them.
  Jean A. Argue Scholarship Fund
  Established by Jean Argue and her family, this fund assists students from St. Thomas High School, with preference given to students who are pursuing an education degree. The grant may go to an upperclassman, but graduate students will receive a lower priority.
  Muriel Hyden Memorial Scholarship Fund
  Established by Thomas Hyden and Robyn Harrison in loving memory of Tom's mother Muriel, a home economics teacher
for over 33 years, this fund will assist students who are members of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Bismarck, to continue their education.
  Sverdrup Lodge #107 Sons of Norway
Charitable Endowment Fund
  This fund has been newly established by the Svedrup Lodge to assist Bismarck area charitable programs.
