Scholarships for Students from Stanley [] Einar & Helma Septon Memorial Scholarship The fund was established in 1991 by Richard D. Septon and Avis K. (Septon) Monson in memory of their parents, Einar & Helma Septon. This scholarship will only assist students who have chosen to attend Concordia College, Moorhead, MN. First priority will be given to students graduating from Stanley High School with second priority to students graduating from Mountrail County. If no qualified applications are received, a previous recipient may apply for a renewal of the scholarship.
