Rick & Nancy Warner Bigler Scholarship
Fund background: This fund was established in 2011 to provide scholarship assistance to students from the Oakes Area. The Rick and Nancy Warner Bigler Scholarship is to be awarded annually to an Oakes High School Senior in good standing to assist the recipient with the expenses related to a higher education experience. A four-year public college or university, a two-year college, or public technical school shall be qualified institutions.

- Work ethic
- Academic proficiency
- Service to community
- General financial need
Applications accepted January 1 - April 1 only. Applications received outside of this window will NOT be accepted.

In addition to the applicaiton form (below), you must also include a letter of recommendation from an employer/supervisor and a letter of reccommendation from a teacher.
