Julie Kennedy Memorial Scholarship
The Julie Kennedy Memorial Scholarship fund was created to honor Julie Kennedy, our friend/family member from Minto, ND. She was one of the most “good” people all of us have ever known. She lived with the ravages of rheumatoid arthritis for 50 years, but still had the best attitude, actions, and outlook of anybody. Truly.
This scholarship is for a graduating senior at Minto High School who embodies the “GOODNESS” qualities Julie demonstrated all her life - kindness, integrity, dependability, loyalty, civic mindedness, grace, honesty, and grit.
The scholarship will be awarded to a student with a minimum senior year GPA of 2.5 and who participates in extra-curricular activities and/or after-school employment. The scholarship dollars will be disbursed upon successful completion of the first semester of post-secondary education/training.
